The current kitchen of F.I.S.H. Academy is outside due to space constraints. This kitchen is currently feeding 4oo students and staff, however, it is inefficient and very difficult to maneuver, especially when the weather is not favorable. The plan is to extend a portion of one of our F.I.S.H. academy’s buildings, adding a stove, oven, dishwashing machine, storage for materials, and refrigerator. The cost for this project is $4,000. With this expansion, our cooks would be able to feed more children at a faster pace and ensure that the quality of food stays fresh.
